Welcome to Pristine Floor Care. By scheduling or receiving any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Pristine Floor Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers professional carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning services within the DFW area. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are based on information provided by the customer and are subject to on-site inspection.
- Final pricing may vary depending on the actual size, condition, and accessibility of the area or items cleaned.
- Any price adjustments will be discussed and approved before work begins.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Appointment Scheduling and Access
- Customers must provide safe and clear access to the property and the areas to be cleaned.
- Someone over the age of 18 must be present during service unless prior arrangements are made.
- Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Please remove small furniture, valuables, and breakables from the cleaning area prior to arrival.
- We are not responsible for damage to items left on or near the work area that were not removed before cleaning.
- Customers must inform our technician of any pre-existing damage, stains, loose tiles, or other concerns prior to service.
6. Stains and Results Disclaimer
- While we use professional products and techniques, no guarantee can be made that all stains, odors, or discolorations will be completely removed.
- Some stains may be permanent due to prior chemical use, fiber damage, or age.
- Drying times vary depending on humidity, temperature, and airflow.
7. Liability and Damage
- Pristine Floor Care is insured and takes great care in performing all services.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, color loss, shrinkage, or deterioration due to age or manufacturer defects.
- Claims for damage or dissatisfaction must be made within 48 hours of service completion.
8. Health and Safety
- We use professional cleaning agents that are safe when used as directed.
- Please keep children and pets away from work areas during and immediately after cleaning until floors and furniture are dry.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, please contact us within 48 hours and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional charge (limitations may apply).
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, address, phone number, etc.) is used solely for scheduling, billing, and communication. We never sell or share customer information with third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
Pristine Floor Care reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available upon request or posted on our website.
